
Alejandra Paola Rosales is from Guatemala and resides in Rabinal, Baja Verapaz. She is a Community Development Technician and is currently in her eighth semester of a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering at the Universidad Rural de Guatemala.
She is an Agroecology Promoter in the Agroecological Schools project and handles communications for Voces y Manos. She develops training processes with children in rural communities, cultivating school gardens, the production of organic fertilizer through vermicomposting, the planting of fruit trees, the recovery of community history, and the preparation of healthy dishes. She also documents activities through photography and audiovisual production, strengthening the organization’s institutional communications. She has three years of experience in agricultural and livestock projects and is recognized for her commitment to fieldwork and the promotion of agroecological practices oriented toward Buen Vivir.
