Josselyn Padilla

Josselyn Marily Rodríguez Padilla  is originally from the municipality of Rabinal, Baja Verapaz. She is a Community Development Technician and a graduate of Fundación Nueva Esperanza, where she gained knowledge and training in agroecology. She is currently in her third semester of Agricultural Engineering at the Universidad Rural de Guatemala, Cobán campus.

She currently serves as a Youth agroecology trainee at Voces y Manos, where she collaborates on agricultural and livestock projects aimed at strengthening rural communities. She is characterized by her responsibility, commitment, and vocation for community development, seeking to contribute to agricultural and rural development through her academic training and practical experience.
