Lilian Bolvito

Lilian Marleny Bolvito González is from the village of Chuateguá, municipality of Rabinal, Baja Verapaz. She holds a certification as a Rural Welfare and Community Development Technician and is a graduate of Fundación Nueva Esperanza.

She has more than ten years of experience in agroecological processes and community-based work. For five years, she was part of the Asociación Qachuu Aloom “Madre Tierra,” where she served as a field technician and Coordinator of Marketing, promoting the recovery and conservation of creole and native seeds.

She currently serves as a field director at Voces y Manos, within the projects aimed at strengthening climate resilience in Maya-Achí communities of Rabinal. Her work focuses on providing technical support to families and field teams, strengthening agroecological practices, food sovereignty, and the revitalization of ancestral knowledge through training and community exchange processes.
