
Winter Rodríguez is originally from the municipality of Cubulco, Baja Verapaz. He is a Community Development Technician and is currently studying Agricultural Engineering at the Universidad Rural de Guatemala, Rabinal campus. He comes from a family of farmers, which sparked his interest from an early age in rural development and agroecology. He completed his professional internship at the Asociación Nacional del Café (ANACAFÉ), where he strengthened his technical knowledge in coffee cultivation.
He currently works as an Agroecology Promoter at Voces y Manos, participating in training and community accompaniment processes in agricultural, livestock, and environmental topics, including the milpa system, animal vaccination, and reforestation campaigns, contributing to the sustainable development of rural communities.
